Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Myriad MMA Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Membership and Fees

Membership fees are due according to your selected payment plan
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
We reserve the right to change membership fees with reasonable notice
Membership may be cancelled according to our cancellation policy

Assumption of Risk

Participation in martial arts training involves inherent risks of injury. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All members are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any classes.

Code of Conduct

All members and guests are expected to:

Treat all members, staff, and coaches with respect
Follow all safety rules and instructor directions
Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness
Not engage in any dangerous or reckless behavior
Report any injuries or safety concerns immediately

Health Requirements

Members are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in training. We recommend consulting with a physician before beginning any new exercise program. Members must disclose any relevant medical conditions to our staff.

Photography and Media

By participating in classes or events at Myriad MMA Academy, you grant us permission to use photographs or video footage that may include you for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violation of these terms, failure to pay fees, or any conduct we deem harmful to our community or facility.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myriad MMA Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
